MORE TRADITIONAL CHINESE MASSAGE AT THREE TREASURES
May has now completed her Tuina (Massage) training at Guangxi University in SW China. She uses a number of very effective massage techniques for adults, children and babies over 28weeks old
Tui-na, which means to push and grasp, is carried out by applying gentle pressure to the energy channels on the body of a clothed person, or directly on the skin using a very fine body oil. It is a relaxing and invigorating experience

Three Treasures Clinic
The Clinic gets busier every day. Patients are enjoying the informal but professional atmosphere and make full use of the Relaxing Room, complete with hot and cold drinks and biscuits, before and after treatments.
The Chinese garden is full of apples at the moment and patients are provided with carrier bags and encouraged to help themselves.
In response to a number of requests from patients, soon we will be able to offer
Facial Enhancement Acupuncture treatments. (Beauty Treatments)
These treatments have received a lot of media coverage recently – avoiding expensive and sometimes unsuccessful surgery.
Tony is undertaking some additional research and training in these techniques that have been used in China for thousands of years.

The Moon Festival
On the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar, the moon is round and the Chinese people mark their Moon (or Mid-autumn) Festival. The round shape to a Chinese means family reunion. Therefore the Moon Festival is a holiday for members of a family to get together wherever it is possible.
This year it’s on October 6th (search on Google – loads of interesting information)
The Yo-Mei Mountain Moon by Li Bai
The autumn moon is half round above the Yo-mei Mountain;
The pale light falls in and flows with the water of the Ping-chiang River.
Tonight I leave Ching-chi of limpid stream for the three Canyons.
And glide down past Yu-chow, thinking of you whom I cannot see.
HOLIDAY COURSE IN SPAIN
SEPTEMBER 2006
The ten participants and the two organisers enjoyed our annual Holiday Course – this year centring on Tuina Massage with Tony and a range of optional activities.
The Alqueria Centre and the Alpujarras provided an excellent backdrop to the holiday. All went well and we received very positive feedback from all

those who came with us to Spain.
